It sounds like you are having an amazing trip. Please take lots of photos at the Galapagos islands - found Armadillos yet?
so - here .. We have just had the hottest January on record. 70% of Qld was under water last week and officially in flood! Not Brisbane tho'. Sydney can't make up its mind and goes between downpours and mid 30s. Hot as hell in Port last week - Jon & Ray working at crack of dawn to avoid heat later on.
Stockmarket crashing, petrol prices up but KRudd still seems popular, Federer didn't win tennis and India beat Australia in 3 Mobile Test series. We thrashed them on friday night in 20/20 game tho'.
I hope you are both well - How is the guitar practice? We are really enjoying your adventure - it gives us stay at homes something to talk about!

Dear Peter
Did you know I have a new owner? I have a lovely big paddock, great view, and I don't wear the collar and chain any more. Sometimes he turns off the electric fence too! That's good because I can get under the house at night and make lots of noise under their bedroom. I don't think his wife likes that!
I follow everyone around - they think I'm a dog ... but I'm hungry. Speaking of dogs - that Jack Russell thinks I'm promiscuous.
They are very nice people, but if they only fed me some more I wouldn't make so much noise. Its not very nice eating cow shit or trying to get toes in rubber boots and I'm losing weight. I just don't feel pretty anymore. Jon fed me all the time and I was so very plump.
They want me to have babies as well! Do you know how many I'm likely to have? Yukky!!
At least my new owner is a vegetarian and they don't look at me with knives in their hands all the time.
I miss you - please bring food!
